The FREE Growth Scorecard.

  • We care deeply about the growth pillars being widely known as a simple, yet successful growth model. If the FREE Growth Scorecard helps some leaders to help themselves, that’s great.

    It’s also a good way to get a feel for the Growth Framework content before subscribing.

  • All performance is impacted by the Growth Framework content, positively if in place and used well, negatively if there are gaps.

    It’s important to consider the whole Framework, not just Pillar 2 content. Although gaps in sales and service will obviously impact sales results, gaps in Pillars 1 and 3 could also impact focus and capability too.

    The Scorecard will help you to see what’s missing, so that you can work on it to fix it.

The Growth Framework.

  • It typically takes 6 to 12 months to complete, although micro and small businesses have achieved in in 2 to 3 months.

    It depends on the size of the organisation, the number of people involved in the project team, and amount of time they have available.

    And it does require leadership teams to bring their enthusiasm, passion and willingness to change to achieve their vision.

    Most leaders tell us it’s a lot faster than years learning through trial and error!

  • The Growth Framework, when implemented properly, creates strong foundations for success. 

    And, like any tool, it’s how it’s used and applied, that makes the difference! The most successful cases have also, without exception have been when the founders and senior leaders are fully committed to it, and to empowering all their teams with with it.

  • We’re very familiar recruitment businesses, and Pillar 2 content (customer & standards) for that industry.

    In other industries, this pillar is naturally different. We have plans for a general scale-up version for all SMEs, plus additional industry specialisms in the future.

Getting started.

  • We’re often asked for training to resolve perceived issues. But the real cause is invariably gaps in resources, or if they’re in place, they may be under-utilised.

    Once the Growth Framework is in place, those issues usually disappear, or are significantly minimised. So the perceived original need for training dissipates.

    That doesn’t mean that training - and other types of development - are not valuable. They definitely are.

    With the Growth Framework in place, real training needs come to light - meaning that you can select exactly what’s needed.

    In addition, you can incorporate relevant Framework content with the training materials (even with off the shelf training), so that practice sessions are realistic and relevant to your business.

    This enhances the impact of all sorts of development. So you get a much higher return on investment (ROI).

  • Actually, we love feedback and coaching! These are the best “base” forms of personal, team and business development we know.

    When feedback and coaching is ingrained in business culture, levels of engagement, performance and empowerment are strong and results are typically much higher than normal.
